I chose to listen to Tanni's advice and changed the shape of the Header. That got rid of all the excess room at the top. with that taken, I didn't feel the need to have the bottom images moved around the entirety of the boarder.
Good research phase with thumbnails and references. Please post once for research and once for final delivery and use naming conventions for post titles as per syllabus. You have consistent colors in your final version along with graphical elements. Some of the elements were used in my sample so try to push yourself in your design concepts. One part of the class is to learn the software and tools but the other more important part is how to develop workflows for creating interesting designs.
